Corporate integrity convention

In order to establish a good image of the enterprise and its staff, and to promote the integrity and self-discipline of all its employees, the company has formulated the company's clean government convention:

一. The staff of the company are strictly prohibited from the following behaviors when engaging in various business contacts and purchasing goods:

1. Make use of your position to seek personal interests in the operation of the company.

2. Take the discount, rebate, commission, gift money, gifts and intermediary fees in the business transactions of the company as its own or private shares.
3. Use the company's resources, business channels and trade secrets to carry out profit-making activities or transfer profits for myself or others.
4. Make use of the company's business entertainment expenses, office expenses, travel expenses, etc.
5. Any other act that damages the interests of the company by seeking personal interests.
6. Perform duties faithfully, pay attention to self-cultivation, and refrain from ACTS that damage the reputation of the company or damage its credibility.
